  It is applied to avoid product sticking and building up due to condensation in inner parts of the sifter.
• SIFTER TIGHTENING BOXES
  It tightens the sieve boxes by vertical pressure and regulates the stock inlet into sifter.
• INSULATION ELEMENTS
  Insulates the sieve boxes perfectly to prevent leaking of bran into flour stock.
• STAINLESS STEEL OUTLET PIPES
  The outlet tubes are designed for a sanitary product transfer.

The sieve boxes are the classifiers of milled stock coming from roller mills.
It is possible to sift and classify stock into 7 different types.
The stock is sifted and diverted through channels to outlets.
Then the classified stoc is diverted into outlet tubes with inspection gates.
