ABC Hansen offers a range of equipment for the processing of soy beans \u2013 whether you just want to roast the beans in a low cost, low maintenance environment, to get the most out of the beans by breaking down the trypsin \/ protease inhibitors \u2013 or if you\u2019re looking for a full line to produce full fat soy meal (FFS) using extrusion technology, or to produce mechanically defatted soy bean meal (MDS) using a combination of extrusion and expelling technology to remove most of the oil in the flour \u2013 resulting in higher protein content in the end product, and providing you with an oil to resell, doubling the value adding on the beans.<\/p>\n

Capacities range from 250kg\/hr up to 2TPH on the systems \u2013 and these systems can also be combined with the feed milling systems for a seamless process in the production of a field to shelf feed line.<\/p>\n
