Description
The ABC Hansen Africa tipscale bagger is a 10kg tipscale or a 25kg tipscale, which is mounted on a convenient accesible frame – which is height adjustable, depending on the size and type of bags that are being filled.
The bagger frame also includes
1. Inlet hopper for tipscale (standard 370mmx400mm)
2. Two way bag off valve – for easy bag switching without spillage
3. Adjustable frame – withe adjustable outlet height from 600mm to 1050mm
4. A 10kg or a 25kg tipscale with mechanical counter (as standard)
This system allows for semi automatic batching – using mechanical tipscales – which means that accurate and efficient bagging can be performed – at a fraction of the cost of electronic type baggers – and at high capacities (up to 5TPH on the 10kg tipscale and up to 15TPH on the 25kg tipscale)
The frame is also universal – for the 10kg and 25kg tipscales, so the tispcales can be interchanged – if different pack sizes are being packed ,without having to move large equipment, or reset any electronics.
The cantliver design of the frame allows for free movement without hindrances below the scale – and the slim design, allows operators to get close to the bag off clamp, without having to bend or crouch – for better ergonomics for the operators.
Pack sizes that are available to be packed on the machines, by simply calibrating the counterweights on the scale are:
10KG Tipscale – 10kg/12.5kg/20kg/25kg
25kg Tipscale – 20kg/25kg/40kg/50kg
(ability to pack these sizes is dependant on product density and particle size – as the outlet on the tipscale is limited to 40mm, and the volumet of the tipping chamber is limited)
