ABC Hansen offers a range of complete feed milling systems – to suit nearly any budget and capacity. Below is a few options on our standard systems that we offer – from our smallest range – the Compact Feed Mill – which consists of the core elements of a feed mill, with manual handling between processes, to the Mini-Feed Mill range – with capacities of up to 1500kg/hr with manual batching, and then up to our commercial range – with automated batching and controls and capacities of up to 6 tons per hour for monogastric animals (poultry/swine), and then our range of automated high roughage feed mills for producing complete rations for cattle, goats and sheep with capacities ranging from 5-10 tons per hour.

All feed mills have options for producing either pelleted or mash type feed, or a combination.

Also offered are bale breakers, for processing round and square bales to short fibres, for use in producing full rations for ruminants, as well.
