ABC Hansen offers a range of equipment for the processing of soy beans – whether you just want to roast the beans in a low cost, low maintenance environment, to get the most out of the beans by breaking down the trypsin / protease inhibitors – or if you’re looking for a full line to produce full fat soy meal (FFS) using extrusion technology, or to produce mechanically defatted soy bean meal (MDS) using a combination of extrusion and expelling technology to remove most of the oil in the flour – resulting in higher protein content in the end product, and providing you with an oil to resell, doubling the value adding on the beans.

Capacities range from 250kg/hr up to 2TPH on the systems – and these systems can also be combined with the feed milling systems for a seamless process in the production of a field to shelf feed line.
