The ABC Hansen bin slide has been tried and tested with more than 5,000 opens and closes and installed in many silo sites globally over the past 4 years.

  • Nylon lined to avoid sticking and wear.
  • Easy to attach between bin and conveyor or vice versa.
  • 12V DC with 220V or 110V transformer.
  • High torque.
  • No deflection of slide even under large capacity bins.
  • Slow opening/ closing not to overfeed conveyor. One minute for complete closing and opening. Can be set to open / close fractionally.
  • Can be controlled from any preferred operation point.
  • Can be integrated to a Batch Controller for feed milling or any other batching / mixing operation.
  • Can be integrated to level switches in bins.
  • Counter can be incorporated
  • Mild steel / galvanized / stainless steel construction.
  • Standard flange size in 270×270 (10.5” square) for up to 200 MT/hr or 7,800 bushels / hr. Adaptors can be made to order against a drawing.
  • No leaking of grain.
