As of October 2024 – The Ceres Platform has a total of more than 9,000 silos being managed on the platform – by producers, processors and traders accross the world.
Ceres Orion 2.0 was specially designd to meet the needs of grain storage unit managers.
With acces via PC, IOS and Android devices you ucan manager every detail of your grain storage facility – from drying, storage, grain temperatures, grain humidity, aeration conditions and weighbridge activities – with real time data and detailed reporting
The platform offers an intuitive interface, ideal for users who need precision and security at every stage of the post-harvest process.
The Ceres software is split up into 3 modules
Storage module
For complete control over grain storage, monitoring temperature, relative humidity and hygroscopic balance. View sensor data and obtain detailed reports for each silo.
In the storage module, it is possible to monitor grain storage over time and from any location.
It provides information from digital temperature and relative humidity sensors, the stock level of each storage structure, weather statoin information (remote and local) and from the pre-programmed and customisable rules and programs – used for automatic activation of aeration.
The storage module also provides historical anaysis of the data collected via reports and graphs

Monitor the complete drying process in real time, with automatic alerts via WhatsApp, and accurate reports that detail each operation. Ideal for optimizing efficiency and ensuring quality

The system has the ability to register personlized alerts according to the specific situations of each client and has integration that can send alerts directly via WhatsApp.

The system contains unit efficiency data, manual and automatic sampling and product receipt and dispatch events.
