Double-Run Grainpump 219mm

Description

Probably the most flexible and multipurpose grain handling system produced by ABC Hansen is the Double Run Grainpump.
The in pipe flight mounted on an 81XH chain – moves grain with low noise, effectively – with minimal breakage – that is uncomparable to an auger type conveyance – both in breakage – and in power consumption – and much higher lifespan.

Due to the double round tube construction – the Double-run Grainpump is stiffer in construction and can cross longer spans unsupported by catwalks or cable stays than chain conveyors or augers/screw conveyors, reducing the cost of installation and the need for towers, catwalks, gantries and cable trusses.

The Double Run Grainpump is available in 165mm / 219mm / 273mm diameters – with capacities ranging from 50TPH up to 150TPH (based on maize)

The maximum length on the 219mm model is 100 meters – and it is possible to installe multiple inlets and intermediate outlets on the conveyor

The maximum angle of installation is 60º – far outpacing the maximum incline of belt conveyors and conventional chain conveyors.

The paddles are manufactured from high strength, UHMW material – and are supported to the chain by a 8mm backing plate – ensuring low wear and virtually eliminating downtime due to broken flights/paddles.

In standard configuration – the unit is equiped with a head drive section, and a boot intake section.

These conveyors can be installed as cross conveyors over silos or bins, or as loading conveyors from ground level into bin – due to their ability to run at high inclines.

The conveyor is as standard driven by an electric motor – coupled with v-belts to a shaft mounted reduction drive
