Description
The Collins 2600 is a commercial grade bag stitching machine for stitching and sealing bags in high production setting. The machine consistently provides quality stitching at excellent speed, and provides an excellent sealing seam.
The 2600 is compatible with various materials, including polyprop, jute, paper, plastic and cotton, and is suitable for the agriculture, chemical, food and fertilizer environments.
The stitches provide a clean finish that enhances the presentation of the packaged product, and opening of the package is easily achieved by dethreading the stitch.
The robust design with a steel cam and high quality plastic handle ensures a long reliable lifespan on the machine – with minimal maintenance required.
The Collins 2600 is a single needle single thread chain stitch bag closing machine – and is based on the GK26A-1 bag stitcher.
The maximum sewing speed is up to 1400 stitches per minute, and stitch length is 6.5mm
