The ABC Hansen 16 bag dust manifold has a effective filtration area of 20m² – using 16 standard 25 micron – 200mm diameter polyester dust socks
The dust filter bag manifold is fitted with a vibrating motor that is usually set on a timer – to vibrate at set intervals to clean and unclog the bags, allowing the clinging dust to fall to into the hopper of the filter – ensuring continuous and optimal operation of the air system.
Dust from the dust bags fall down into a hopper bottom area of the dust filter, where they are periodically discharged using the mechanical valve at the bottom of the hopper – into bags – using the bag off connection.
The dust filters are modular – and can be bolted together, or can be fet independantly from a split in the ducting.
