Aeration & Drying
Grain dryers – for drying grain coming in wet from the field – drying capacities from 3T/H up to 100TPH – dependent on grain type and initial moisture content. Batch type dryers, or continuous tower dryers – with options for diesel, LPG Gas, or biomass burners as heat sources.
Aeration – forcing air through grain in a silo, to protect the condition of the grain in the silo, by keeping in-silo and out-silo temperatures close to each other, to prevent condensation in the silo, or by using full floor aeration and high airflow, to achieve low capacity drying of grain in the silo – called in-bin drying.
