The ABC Hansen bag stacker is designed with three things in mind.

Firstly – to save on back breaking labour transporting bags around in factories and from dispatch points onto trucks
Secondly to have the best mobility available for such a machine and
Thirdly with safety for the operators.

The bag stacker is height adjustable from a horizontal position at 700mm up to 4200m at the end when at the full extension.
The 700mm height at the back is a comfortable height for lifting bags onto the conveyor from pallets or from the ground and the 4200mm height is ideal for packing most trucks to the maximum load heights.
The adjustable height also allows for safe packing of bags onto trucks, increasing the height as the packing of the trucks progress.
Allowing bags to always be discharged at the most ideal and safe height, minimizing damage to the bags, by having the conveyor at the right height at all times to reduce the distance the bag would fall onto the load space, and also – as it is mounted on 4 rotatable, lockable castor wheels, the stacker can be moved all over the length of the load space, to enable operators to pack the entire truck, without having to move the truck and trailer.

The belt type conveyor makes the bag stacker ideal for many types of packaging material, as there are no sharp edges that packaging material can get caught on and rip. The bag stacker is able to handle bags from 20kg up to 90kg, with spacing of just 400 mm between bags to maintain safe weight limits.
Standard length of the bag stacker is 6.1m from end to end, and longer lengths are available on request.

Optionally the bag stacker can also be fitted with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) to enable the speed of the stacker to be adjusted to a comfortable speed for the operators.
