Basic stop/start button motor control centre with interlocking and sequence starting.
Standard on each motor control centre:
Direct on Line (DOL) starters for all motors <11KW
StarDelta starters for all motors >11KW
Softstarters optional for motors >22KW
Variable Frequency /Speed Drives (VFD) for certain motors to control process flow
Isolator for each motor – to be mounted within 1.5m of motor
Standard for all motors –

Manual on-off switch with indicator light on panel door

Phase failure monitor/Relay and Panel lights
Panel start and reset control
Main isolator
Panel ammeter for incoming power

400V trip and termination point for welding plug power socket
Surge arrestor in panel
Warning siren for plant startup
Excludes:
Electrical cabling and installation hardware between motor control centre and motors
Main supply cable to motor control centre
Emergency stops
Standard component – MCE family or similar quality
Allen Bradley / ABE families – optional – with extended lead times.
