Screen for Hippo Pygmy – various sizes available – from 1.2mm to 25mm round hole size
Screens are inserted below the milling action, and determine the size of the final product that exits the machine – the bigger the hole size – the coarser the product is that exits the machine. For fine flours – 0.6-0.8mm is suitable – for maize meal – a 1.6mm screen is suitable – for animal feed – 8-15mm is advisable.
