The densimetric tables offered by ABC Hansen ensimetric tables have VFD’s installed as standard for precise vibration control, as well as lateral and longitudanal tilt adjusters, using setting wheels.
These features enable users to process the grain flowing over the table in four separate zones, ensuring a standardized and uniform end product.
By utilising the density of the material running over the table, the gravity table is able to remove damaged, shriveled, deformed and insect damaged seeds, as well as other light trash – that is blow off of the table – as well as partiales that are too
These machines are suitable for the end of a classification line, or just before colour sorting, to ensure high quality seed.
The low noise fans that are installed provide high air flow, and vibration aggression is controlled on the motor control centre via VFD.
The table has quick connect clamps – for easy deck changes when switching between different products.
The MD50 has a capacity of up to 3,000kg/hr in a seed processing unit – and units with capacities up to 7 tons per hour are available on request.
It is important to have a consistent feed of product to these machines -and it is suggested to install a speed controlled feeding conveyor or hopper to feed to the machine.
Products that can be cleaned using the gravity deck include, but are not limited to:
Maize, soya, wheat, oats, barley, guar, sorghum, grass seeds.
It is also important to note – that the gravity table works best when sorting seeds with a nearly identical size – so it is advisable that the seeds pass through a final cleaner at minimum before being introduced to the gravity table.
