ABC Hansen Africa strives to service all of our customers, regardless of size and complexity of their feed requirements, which is why we ave developed a range of options for our smaller scale processors – with capacities starting at 100kg/hr up to around 750kg/hr, and can be offered with pelleting, or just with mash/concentrate type feed production.
Most systems are available with diesel and electric options – to cater for processors who don’t neccesarily have access to three phase power at their production sites, to enable them to still be able to competitively produce animal feed.
These systems are simple, manual batch systems, that are more labour intensive than the more automated systems offered by ABC Hansen in our Mini Feed Mill and Commercial Feed Mill ranges.
Using the proven Hippo hammer mill as a basis for the milling system, and then a combination of either rotary mixers, or paddle type horizontal mixers, and flat die pelleting machines, we combine these machines, in differing capacities, to ensure that our processors are able to get high quality and repeatable outcomes from their feedmill.
